I am a researcher, educator, and practitioner.  
 
My work is focused on reducing inequity in higher education and ensuring all students thrive and succeed in college.

I earned my PhD in 2022 from Harvard University while serving as a Radcliffe Institute Fellow. 

My commitment to equity, community engagement and teaching was recognized by the AAC&U in 2022.
