I am a researcher, educator, and practitioner.  
 
My work is focused on reducing inequity in higher education and ensuring all students thrive and succeed in college.

I earned my PhD in 2022 from Harvard University while serving as a Radcliffe Institute Fellow. 

My first book, Equity Engines: The Overlooked Colleges Delivering on Higher Education's Promise (University of Chicago Press), will be out in spring 2027.

I also founded and continue to lead a college success program in the Mississippi Delta.
